"My son and I were looking for a piece of land (with or without a house) that we could both build a house on. We both had very specific requirements for the property. I was living in California and my son in Tennessee. For two years, Donna continually searched for property for us. When we found something that sounded good, she would take my son out to look at the property. It wasn't until a year and a half after we started working with Donna that we found a property that we wanted to make a bid on. That deal fell through and Donna continued to look for us until we found the place where we are now. Through the two years of searching, Donna never lost faith in us. She continued with the same energy and enthusiasm through the entire process. I have recommended her to my sister and brother-in-law to help them sell their house. They don’t expect to be ready to sell for another one to two years. But Donna has already spent time meeting with them and letting them know what they can do to improve the market value of the house. Donna is an excellent person all around to work with. I only gave her 4 star on responsiveness because when she is with a client, she won’t interrupt to work with another client. But she gets right back with you after she’s done. It's a little frustrating when you're the one trying to get her, but it's very refreshing not being interrupted when you are the one she's with Working with Donna is more like working with a friend. I recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate."

We are in Florida and when we are unable to travel due to our work schedule, Donna has even shown homes we are interested in to our relatives prior to showing them to us. She has presented offers on our behalf, researched comparables in the local area, and is always anxious to be as helpful to as as possible in any way that she can.
